CPD Rule Summary

The Society requires all practicing lawyers to create an annual professional development plan and commit it to writing (see Regulation 8.3.6). All practicing lawyers are expected to complete a minimum of 12 hours of professional development in each reporting year (Regulation 8.3.4).” The Society does not accredit programs directly.
