MCLE Requirements
Attorneys must complete 10 credits per annual reporting period. Requirements include the following:
Up to 5 credits, including specialty credits, may be earned online at LegalEdge as distance learning legal education. LegalEdge on-demand programs and live simultaneous webcasts are both considered distance learning in Nebraska.

Credits qualified to be earned through LegalEdge based on course type.
Live Webcast
Up to 5 credits may be satisfied.
On Demand
Up to 5 credits may be satisfied.
Attendance Reporting Procedure
LegalEdge reports attendance to the state within 30 days of the attorney’s completion of a program. Please make sure to provide your attorney license number in your account under My Profile, so we can report your attendance.
