MCLE Requirements

Continuing Professional Education

Summary

CeriFi LegalEdge is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: nasbaregistry.org

Attendance Reporting Procedure

CPA’s are responsible for accurate reporting of the appropriate number of CPE credits earned and should retain appropriate documentation of their participation, including: Name and contact information of CPE program sponsors Title and description of content Date(s) of program Location (if applicable) Number of CPE credits, all of which should be included in documentation provided by the CPE program sponsor.
