State Requirements
Many states and territories require attorneys to complete a certain amount of MCLE to maintain their license to practice law. LegalEdge offers a variety of programs to earn MCLE credits.

MCLE Requirements
Attorneys must complete 45 credits per annual reporting period. Requirements include the following:
All actively licensed attorneys who are required to comply with Colorado’s CLE requirements - in all compliance periods - must comply with this requirement.
Program Qualifications
Credits qualified to be earned through LegalEdge based on course type.
Live Webcast
45 credits may be satisfied with live webcasts.
On Demand
45 credits may be satisfied with on-demand programs at LegalEdge. Online programs are "Home Study Credits". Self-applied on-demand programs are capped at 9 credits as "Independent Study."
Attendance Reporting Procedure
Attorneys must self-report completion of CLE. The certificate of completion issued by LegalEdge may be used to verify attendance. You must certify and submit notice of your attendance to a CLE program or completion of an on-demand program to your online transcript at www.cletrack.com.
Live programs that require attorneys to self-apply will include the ACCREDITATION STATUS of Self-Apply on the certificate of completion.
There is a $15.00 charge for attorneys to self-apply for credits online.
Access RCLE-FORM 1B. Upload the full certificate of completion issued by LegalEdge to the Required Attachments. All course information is provided on the program details page attached to your certificate of completion.
On Demand programs that require attorneys to self-apply for Independent Study will include the ACCREDITATION STATUS of Self-Apply on the certificate of completion.
There is no fee for self-apply, however you may not apply for or receive more than nine (9) general units in a three-year compliance period for any combination of independent study. No ethics credits will be awarded for Independent Study CLE Credits.
Access RCLE-FORM 7. After Clicking, Yes on Section A, Upload this full Certificate of Completion, to the Upload files segment. the full certificate of completion issued by LegalEdge to the Required Attachments. All course information is provided on the program details page attached to your certificate of completion.
