MCLE Requirements
Effective January 1, 2025, attorneys must complete 12 credits per year, where 3 credits must be in ethics credits. Visit the Alaska Bar Association’s website for the full Rules on Continuing Legal Education.
Program Qualifications
Credits qualified to be earned through LegalEdge based on course type.
Live Webcast
12 credits may be satisfied with live webcasts.
On Demand
12 credits may be satisfied with on demand programs at LegalEdge.
Attendance Reporting Procedure
The compliance period runs from January 1 through December 31. Members need to report their MCLE by February 1 of the following year. The completion certificate issued by LegalEdge may be used to verify attendance. Members may claim CLE credit for any program accredited by any MCLE state.
