Consumer protection requirements increasingly affect how businesses disclose prices, fees, and other terms presented to customers. Attorneys must help companies design transparent marketing practices while accounting for heightened scrutiny of advertising, pricing structures, and consumer-facing claims.

In this CLE webinar, J. Kathleen Bond, Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, discusses consumer protection considerations involving fee disclosures, dynamic pricing, subscriptions, promotional claims, and evolving regulatory expectations.
